What is legality rating?

The Legality Rating is an innovative tool developed by the Competition Authority and the Market (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and Justice and represents a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality by companies that pursue the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility.

The principles of rating

The criteria for awarding the legality rating go through several requirements, for example, if the company has in possession an Organizational Model or Risk Management Models drawn up in compliance with recognized national or international standards; or if the company is registered in a White List (supplier lists, providers of services and executors of works not subject to attempts of mafia infiltration established in accordance with the provisions of the law in force), or whether the company has adopted organizational models for preventing and combating corruption.

For Muta srl, this is the first important recognition that seals a pathway, started several years ago and in continuous development, aimed at presenting itself to the market and its stakeholders (internal and external) with a view to full transparency, in line with one of its main corporate values.
