This is a further and important recognition for Muta in its path which provides for a maximum score of three stars and which testifies to the work carried out in this sense by the Modena-based company and recognized by the Competition and Market Authority.

Following the recognition, Muta srl was included in the list of companies with a legality rating provided for by the art. 8 of the Regulation of attribution in the national territory, at n. RT12759, certifying ethical integrity and compliance with high standards of legality, transparency and social responsibility in corporate management.

What is legality rating?

The Legality Rating is an innovative tool developed by the Competition Authority and the Market (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and Justice and represents a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality by companies that pursue the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility.

The principles of rating

The criteria for awarding the legality rating go through several requirements, for example, if the company has in possession an Organizational Model or Risk Management Models drawn up in compliance with recognized national or international standards; or if the company is registered in a White List (supplier lists, providers of services and executors of works not subject to attempts of mafia infiltration established in accordance with the provisions of the law in force), or whether the company has adopted organizational models for preventing and combating corruption.

For Muta srl, this is the first important recognition that seals a pathway, started several years ago and in continuous development, aimed at presenting itself to the market and its stakeholders (internal and external) with a view to full transparency, in line with one of its main corporate values.
