With a family history that starts from the 30s of the last century, MUTA has over time conquered its own space in the reference market, obtaining the loyalty of important public transport companies.
In the long history of this glorious family business, 1998 marks the entry into the board of Andrea Tassoni, nephew of Mauro Muratori, and the establishment of Muta Srl, which supports the bodywork spare parts business with mechanical ones.
MUTA also provides technical training courses for the maintenance of air conditioning systems on buses and special vehicles
MUTA has long been working with private and municipal companies. It is therefore in possession of all the necessary credentials to participate in any tender in Italy and in Europe and is in compliance with all the administrative requirements that certify the viability to operate.

In 2006 MUTA Srl assumes the representation of Fisa Srl, leader in Italy for the production of driver seats (driver seats) for buses, trains and subways.
Since 2006, MUTA is agent, for the OEM bus sector, of Mekra Lang, European leader in the production of rear-view systems and supplier of the most important industrial vehicle construction companies (Volvo, Mercedes, Iveco, Scania etc.)
Since 2009 MUTA is agent for Italy of Konvekta, leader of air conditioning systems, for the distribution of complete units, spare parts and management of the after-sales service of the bus sector.
In 2012 MUTA becomes a distributor of the Sekurit Saint-Gobain network, a reference brand in the production of auto glass.
Finally, since 2017 MUTA is Grammer's official aftermarket distributor, a well-known brand for the sale and supply of seats for tractors, earth-moving machines, fork-lift trucks, buses and trucks and related spare parts and accessories.
Since 2019, Muta has also been in charge of promoting and selling Konvekta climate systems (cabins and air conditioning systems) for off-road work machines and operator cabins on the Italian market.
