On the transport document it should be noted that the goods are accepted with reserve. In case of receipt of incorrect products, there are 2 days from the delivery date to report the anomaly. In both cases, the anomaly must be reported immediately to our office by filling in the anomaly registration form which can be downloaded from the Reserved Area.
