Muta and Konvekta at Agritechnica 2025
Come visit us at AGRITECHNICA 2025!
From November 9th to 15th, 2025, we will be present at the world's leading agricultural technology trade fair in Hannover. Come visit us to discover our innovative CO₂ air conditioning systems for tractors and agricultural machinery: sustainable, powerful, and future-proof.
As agriculture transitions to low-emission technologies, Agritechnica 2025 will spotlight tractors and machinery powered by alternative fuels and electric drives. This shift presents both challenges and opportunities for agricultural machinery dealerships, which must adapt their sales, service, and training strategies to remain competitive.
Dealers will need to develop new concepts for sales, service, and training. However, these changes also present opportunities to adapt and realign business models. This year’s Agritechnica trade fair, 9-15 November 2025 in Hanover, Germany, will feature numerous production models and prototypes with alternative drive solutions.
At Agritechnica 2025, Konvekta will present two new HVAC systems made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), developed specifically for agricultural applications. The new systems will be offered in two configurations:
• Front-mounted version, designed for optimal integration into the front compartment of the vehicle;
• Traditional version, with modular architecture for wide adaptability to different cabin types.
At the same time, in response to future regulations restricting the use of refrigerants with a high environmental impact, Konvekta will present its refrigeration system solution for electrified vehicles.
The system, called CUBE, uses CO₂ (R744) as a refrigerant in a heat pump, ensuring high energy efficiency and a reduced environmental impact. CUBE represents an innovative platform for thermal management of next-generation vehicles, combining sustainability, performance, and operational reliability.
Efficient Climate Control for Electric Off-Highway Vehicles with the CO₂ Heat Pump Qube

Electric construction, agricultural, and special-purpose vehicles must operate reliably and efficiently even under extreme conditions. A powerful and energy-efficient climate control system in the cabin is essential—not only for driving comfort but also for maintaining the driver’s concentration.
But the CO₂ heat pump Qube can do much more than that: The CO2 heat pump does not only regulate the cabin temperature but it also optimizes the operating temperature of batteries and power electronic components, increasing the efficiency of the whole vehicle.
✔Maximum Efficiency – The natural refrigerant CO₂ (R744) enables high heating and cooling performance with low energy consumption. This maximizes operational efficiency and extends service life.
✔Temperature Equalization ofBattery for Maximum Performance –The heat pump allows precise preheating and cooling of the battery, extending its lifespan and increasing efficiency.
✔Sturdy & Versatile – Designed for demanding environments, the system ensures reliable temperature control for cabin, battery, and power electronic components—regardless of climatic conditions.
✔Environmentally Friendly & Sustainable – Unlike conventional chemical refrigerants, CO₂ is non-flammable, non-toxic, and has a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 1. It causes no negative environmental impact and is therefore a future-proof solution.
✔SecureRegulation & EconomicEfficiency – CO₂ is not subject to the F-Gas Regulation or upcoming PFAS restrictions. This guarantees long-term planning security, low operating costs, and full availability.
Promising options for reducing CO₂
Rapid technological change raises questions about whether current training programs can keep pace.
Competent salespeople not only answer questions but also instill confidence in customers exploring electric solutions.
"The Italian agricultural sector has a strong international vocation. Italian companies stand out for their ability to offer innovative solutions, while farmers attend Agritechnica to deepen their knowledge of the most modern technologies and equipment," says Timo Zipf, Project Manager at Agritechnica.
