With smart features such as LeadControl (remote maintenance), AES-Mode (Additional Energy Storage), and Energy Collect (waste heat recovery), neXwork achieves energy savings of up to 57% – boosting range, cutting operating costs, and reducing environmental impact.

This way, even with a minimal amount of energy supplied, efficiency is multiplied, while ensuring high standards of climate comfort. To generate 100% of the required heat, the CO₂ heat pump for double-decker buses requires only a third of the electrical energy drawn from the battery. This means that, by exploiting natural resources, energy savings of two-thirds of the usual requirement are achieved compared to traditional electric heating systems.
